I had a lovely stay at this hotel in El Calafate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Julieta, Julieta, and Juliana. They made sure that I had everything I needed during my visit. The breakfast was delicious, although I do wish they had served freshly brewed coffee instead of instant. The rooms were spacious and clean, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. For the price, the hotel offers great value for money. Additionally, its location near the bus terminal made it convenient for exploring the area.
Everything was great and I have no complaints.

Quiet place, internet access ( computer & connexion ), breakfast "home made".
Far away from the center, about 15min by feet.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, always willing to offer recommendations and go out of their way to help us. The breakfast was tasty and included homemade pastries and coffee. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was a short walk from the bus station and close to downtown.
All good.

Got there just before midnight due to a late flight. The staff bent over backwards to help me and managed to get a glacier trip booked for the following day that same night. They even lent me some money to pay the park fee as I hadn't had time to go to an ATM!
The place is not actually on the main road as Google Maps seem to think, but about 1km away up a hill. This means however you are rewarded with a view over the town and can see the sunset from the large lounge window.

Hotel being run by an excellent group of young ladies who are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Lupama. The walk to center of town is around 15 to 20 minutes down hill and is good exercise.
Maid service for room clean up was not good. We had to ask the reception for replacement towels and soaps.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Julieta, Julieta, and Juliana. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Secondly, the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food including cookies, toast, ham, and cheese. The prices were also very reasonable, making it a great value for money option. Lastly, the location was convenient, with the hotel being within walking distance of the bus station and close to downtown.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for meals and excursions, as mentioned in one of the reviews. The staff at this hotel are extremely accommodating and pleasant, going out of their way to help guests, just like the reviewer mentioned. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer basic amenities, including a TV and fridge, as mentioned in another review. The location of this hotel is convenient, being close to the downtown area and within walking distance from the bus station, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough.
I stayed three times (in two different rooms). In the first room there was no hot water. Nada. In the second room, the water pressure was so low that the water trickled from the nozzle. The breakfast was very poor-- couldn't tell if what was laid out were table decorations of edibles. One morning the yogurt was rancid. Finally, the staff was very laissez faire and inattentive. Considering that this property is located one kilometer or so from the station and costs more than other comparable accommodations, I would not recommend this property for any reason!

Hospitality, Breakfast.
They accept only Visa credit cards, but the service often does not work. We had to pay with cash. The position on the map Booked.net is completely wrong, more distant from the center of what is displayed.

Enjoyable activities and friendly service
The location was incredible with stunning views. The activities offered were fun and it was an excellent way to explore the area. The staff was always available and eager to help with anything we needed. Their warm and friendly attitude made us feel at home. We appreciated that they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good time.
the breakfast was limited with little variety. It would be better if they could expand their options and improve their kitchen facilities.

Nice views of the surrounding mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean as well as secure. Relatively close to the center of town. The staff did not speak English very well but they did make a sincere effort in trying to understand and communicate - I.E. used an online translator to clarify anything. After all it is a Spanish speaking country so travellers should have some knowledge of their language as well. It was a very nice experience over all.
The hotel was on a hill and walking back from town was a little tiring after a long day of activities. The walls were a little thin and you could hear what was going on around you, however it was quiet at night.
